Hi! My name is Alina, I'm HR at Imaris.
There are 1,000s of job postings on job sites... but how do you know if this is the one that will bring you "magic," hundreds of interesting projects, and that dream team?
I'll tell you now) There will be a lot of text, but you will definitely get to know us better)
I hope you'll read it and send us your CV at the end :)
What we have:
- Interesting and diverse projects.
- Clear tasks and transparent processes.
- A flexible schedule focuses primarily on results and completed tasks; other aspects are up for discussion. The schedule depends on the format of our collaboration. If it's full-time, it's an eight-hour workday with a one-hour break (you decide when that break is), and most teams start their workday at 9/10 a.m. If we're talking about part-time (yes, we have that format too), we need to understand when you're available and able to communicate on work matters. Otherwise, it's the same: results and completed tasks are paramount.
- We have open communication with management; we freely and calmly express our wishes, ideas, and feedback, and we communicate just as freely and openly with colleagues. We don't have "managers" who you're afraid to approach.
- We are all on informal terms, without formality and with a sense of humor).
- A close-knit team—everyone you work with is responsible, open, and we're also progressive and friendly.
- Financial stability — We pay wages on time and without delays (in all 8 years of the agency, there has not been a single delay in payments!!!).
- Official employment, 24 days of paid vacation, 5 paid sick leaves.
- We work according to the national calendar, so weekends and holidays are clear and transparent.
- Salary review every year.
- We offer financial support for various life situations: weddings, the birth of a child, the death of a loved one, or surgical treatment. The company's assistance starts at 10,000 UAH. You can also take out an installment plan to cover your personal needs.
- Job ONLINE, so whether you work in the kitchen, in bed or on the seashore - it's your choice).
- We encourage the development of our employees, therefore we pay 50% for external training, training, and master classes.
- We have no bureaucracy, and decisions are made quickly. Everyone has a voice—any idea you have will be heard, and if it's relevant, we'll implement it.
